The provided chart illustrates data on unemploymant rates in five different countries from 2005 to 2010. As can be seen, only Germany decreased the rate to 2010. In the end of the data frame by far the highest rate was in Spain.
In 2005 Germany, Greese and Spain had the rates which were more than in the UK and Ireland, with 11, 10 and 8 percent respectively. Then Greece and Germany decreased their figures continually reaching 7% in 2008. After 2008 Germany’s rate ramained the same in 2009, followed by decreasing in 2010 by 6%. In contrast, Spanish rate remained the similar before 2007 and started to rise significantly from 2007 to 2010. This figure stood at 20% in 2010, being the biggest rate in these countries.
The unempoyment rates in Ireland and the UK stood at approximately 5% in 2005. Following this, Ireland’s rate was remained the same before 2007. After slight rise in 2008 to 6 %, the rate increased sharp to the end of the period shown, with the rate achieving 14 %. The rate in the UK fluctuated unsignificantly from 2005 to 2008. After that, this figure rose by 2.5 and 2 pionts in 2009 and 2010.
