Looking from an overall perspective, it is readily apparent that in the year 1960 the rate of both section(waste recover and recycling )were same but after that year recovery rate was contentiously increase while recycling rate was quiet improve.

As is given in the data, in the year 1960 ratio of waste recovery and recycling had slightly difference approximately 5.6(recovery) and 6.4%(recycling) while after 5 year it had same but in 1970 the percent of waste recovery was higher than that the recover reaching 8 million tons on the other hand, recycling had only 7.3%.

According to the graph, After 1975, total waste recovery and percentage of recovery surged rocket speed, and in 2011, recover rate grew 86.9 million tons, which was highest than that before year and also recycling rate was went up to 34% significantly.
