As an overall trend, the ratio of internet users increases in each country between 1999 and 2009. The fastest growth in internet usage has seen in Canada, whereas Mexico had the least proportion of users.
It is apparently seen that around 25% of people in USA used the internet mostly in 1999. On the contrary, the users in Canada and Mexico were just under 15%. In 2002, Canada overtook the USA which made up 45% approximately.
Now, turning to the details in 2005, the proportion of internet use in Canada and USA gradually rose to almost three quarters. On the other hand, Mexico has the lowest internet usage compared to the two countries with below 50%. The percentage of internet use in Canada had the highest proportion in 2009, while USA and Mexico do not have as many users as Canada with 90% and 45% respectively.
