Overall, it can be seen in the graph that most of the time Canada and USA people live to have internet from 1999 to 2009, and less Maxican People would rather have internet in their lifes.
Firstly, the USA started at the time of 1999 at very low after its flucatation it goes directly to the higher at 100% in 2009. Wherelse, the Canada people were also low firstly in 1999 but it also moore forward higher from 2005 till 2009.
Secondly, the Mexican people uses internet lower than other countries in 1999 but in 2009 it can be observed in the graph that it is little bit higher but not more higher in as compared to the other country. The Mexico people uses 50% as in the 2009.
