The supplied diagram illustrates data on financial expenditure on investing oversea properties for four countries in Asia between 2014 and 2024. It is evident that Japan held the top expense whereas China dropped to the pit throughout the period. As for the remainders, Korea and Singapore experienced different levels of rise and falls similarly.
During the period, China initially held the most invested assets at 250 Billon US dollars and dropped drastically at less than 50 billon purchased by 2024. Conversely, the amount of real property acquisition owned by Japan experienced a steady rise then rocketed to the top from less than 50 Billon in 2014 to 200 Billon USD at the end of the period.
On the other hand, the principal of both Korea and Singapore had sightly fluctuated and significantly dropped respectively. While the former bounced to an upward trend to steady from less than 100 billon US dollars to more than 150 Billon, the latter continuously collapsed to approximately 50 billon US dollars from 150 billon from 2014 to 2024.
