The presented line graph illustrates the amount of money which was used on four different nations in property between 2014 and 2024.
A glance at the graph reveals that investment amounts in both China and Singapore had dropped significantly, while Korea and Japan had a sharp rise.
Looking at the data in more detail, we can observe that China invested the most in property with approximately 225 billions in 2014. Meanwhile, Japan invested only about 25 billions. By 2018, the investment amount in China had unchanged, while the figures for Singapore and Korea became equal, and the investment amount in Japan had also risen doubled.
In contrast, Japan’s investment in real estate has a significant upward trend and it became the top investor in 2024. China’s investment has dropped sharply, Korea’s investment has risen from $90 billion to $180 billion, and Singapore’s investment has decreased by rough 100 billion in total.
