In contrast, Mari Bakeshop showed a generally downward trend despite fluctuations. While Bolo Cakery’s annual income remained relatively stable, with minor fluctuations, before rising overall.
Mari Bakeshop gradually rose from around 80.000 dollars yearly income in 2000 to approximately 90.000 in 2004. Thereafter, it reached its lowest figure at almost 40.000 in 2010. Bolo Cakery showed a consistent decrease from about 20.000 dollars in 2000 to just close to 40.000 dollars annual income in 2003. Following an extended period of stability, the cakery increased steadily in 2007.
Amandie Bakery, on the other hand, displayed the most significant change. After a prolonged period of stability between 2000 and 2005, which its annual was around 55.000 dollars, it rose sharply surpassing Mari Bakeshop in 2006 and peaking at roughly 105.000 dollars at the end of the given year.
