The line graph illustrates the average number of people who visited a particular museum at different times of the day in summer and winter in 2005. Overall, the museum is most crowded at noon. Moreover, visiting museums is only popular in summer and from 11 to 14, since the museum is open in the daytime, in both seasons mentioned.
In the morning, people started to visit the museum and normally reached 600 and 400 in summer and winter, respectively. The figure for the former then increased steadily till it reached its all-time high of approximately 1500 visitors at noon. As for the latter, it dipped slightly at 11 o’clock and rebounded to the previous state before peaking at 600.
In the afternoon, however, in both seasons, the numbers experienced sharp decline. They gradually decreased and by 14 o’clock were at around 1100(summer) and 200(winter). One hour later, while the number of visitors in winter was equal to zero, there were still almost a thousand individuals in summer. Although there were 800 people at 16:00, this downward trend continued and eventually there was no one left in the museum by 18 o’clock.
