In 1990, the percentage of individuals with bachelor’s degree minimally grow to start flactuate untill 2015, at approximately 5%, then it continued its upword trend by the end of the period. The number of master’s degree graduates also had a gradual increase by 2015, then it continues its growth, reaching a peak in the final year, at around 35%.
