The line graph illustrates the average height of men across four differant countries in the years 1775 and 1975. Overall, the average height of men increased in all four countries over the 200-year period. Although there were some fluctuations in the late 18th and early 19th centuries, heights rose steadily after around 1875. By 1975, Denmark had became the tallest nation, while France consistently recorded the lowest average height throught the period.
In 1775, USA had by far the heighest average tall of men, it stood at well below 170 which was closely followed by Great Britain, with about 166. The both countries experienced a minimal decrease in the late 18 centuries, on the other hand, both of them grew substantially, which were 180, from 1875 to end of the period, respectively.
Regarding other countries, Denmark made up 162 based on height of men in 1775, however the most pronounced increase was observed in this country which surpassed USA and Great Britain, with 185, in 1975. As for France, showed the lowest average height compare to othe countries over the period given, in 1775, it was 160 and in 1975, it was well above 170.
