Looking from an overall perspective, it is readily apparent that the Grosvenor generated the most money though most of the months except at the end of the year; however, Taj Mahal had the lowest income through most of the period with the exception of the fianl month.

Starting in January, the Grosvenor had by far the highest income, generating 160 thousand, then the earningd dipped before peaking at 180000 in March. From this point, the income continued to decline, plummeting to almost 30000 in December, which was the lowest income across all four restaurants. In contrast, the income Taj mahal was the lowest for the first eleven months until it surpassed the Grosvenor in December at 120000.
