The charts illustrate the number of visitors on a short trip to a specific country and the number of indigenes moving out of the country for a short trip starting from 2009 to 2011. Overall, the number of departing residents from the country increased significantly over the years while the number of visitors to the country started slightly low. After this it increased and got to a peak in oct-10 then it declined progressively throughout the remaining years.
As presented, the number of people that visited the country started with a very low figure which is about 490 thousands as at oct-09. Afterwards the figure kept increasing slightly and it hit a peak of approximately 520 thousands in oct-10. However, the number of resident departures began with a slightly higher number than the visitor arrivals number. Starting from 550 thousands, it rose progressively, and as at oct-10 it has grown to a total number of 600 thousand persons.
Furthermore, resident departure was rising consistently, and at midyear in jun-11, the digit had risen to 650 thousands. In contrast, visitor arrivals continued with a downward trend after the peak. In jun-11, visitor arrivals has decreased back 490 thousands which was the approximate number it started with.
