The given line chart illustrates how many enquries were received by the tourist information office in one city over a six month period in 2011.
As can be seen from the graph, in person and telephone enquries experienced an upwared trend, while email enquries showed a downward trend and it stayed in the lowest position at the end of the period.
In terms of line chart, in January, most of the enquries made by telephone (800), which then slowly decreased to about 790 in March,a drop of 10. However, in January, email enquries numbers was 600, that gradually fell to around 590. In April, both telephone and email enquries portion was approximately 800 and 450, respectively. In final month, although telephone enquries number increased,email enquries ratio dramatically declined to 200.
Moving onto the remaining figures, in January,400 enquries made in person, which later significantly grew by 400 in March, reaching a total of 800. From April to June, in person enquries proportion nose to nearly 850 and 1150,respectively.
