Internet is something that we need in this modern day, no one can ever truly do things without internet. In our daily lives, we often heavily rely on the internet to carry out our work efficiently, as it allows us to communicate, access information, and complete tasks more quickly and conveniently than ever before. The graphic proclaim the number of Internet connections in five countries from 2001 to 2002 and the table convey the rate of growth during the same period.

Overall, internet connections increased in all five countries. South Korea had the highest number of connections in both years, while Britain had the lowest. Additionally, Britain experienced the most significant growth despite starting from a low base.

Looking at the data from 2001 to 2002, the numbers of connections in South Korea is rather larger than any of the four countries. Since 2001, about 15 per 1,000 people had the access to the internet with connections and it continues to grow rapidly in 2002 to become 25 per 1,000 people. On the other hand Britain had the fewest people to have the access to the internet. Moreover there were only 2 per thousand people who had the access to the internet in 2001 yet it only grow slowly, giving the result of 5 per 1,000 people.

Even so we can still see the positive side from this graphic. Though Britain had the lowest data out of the all countries, she’s still be the fastest to grow even though the result still showed a small amout of people. Yet compared to South Korea, their growth is only hitting the number of 41%, means their growth were the slowest and supposingly give a dissapointed result since it probably didn’t hit the target they were supposed to hit.
