The bar graph illustrates the number of tourists to art galleries in six different museums in 2011. The vertical line shows the number of visitors who went to the given museums in millions.
Overall, it is clear that the tourists preferred to go to the Louvre Museum which is in France the most whereas the least visited museum is the State Hermitage in Russia.
Looking at the figures in more detail, it can be seen that the Louvre Museum was chosen by around 9 million visitors followed by the Metropolitan Museum in USA and British Museum in UK with approximately 6 million and about 5,8 million visitors respectively.
By contrast, the remaining three museums gained less attraction from the visitors. The number of visitors was nearly the same for National Museum of Korea, Museo del Prado in Spain and State Hemitage in Russia. Among these three, State Hermitage in Russia recorded the lowest number of visitors with just below three million.
