Overall, while 4 out of 7 faculties have more male staff members than females, trends show that nearly all of them still share approximately equal amount of both genders. However, engineering and education faculties have majority of their stuff consisting of one gender only.
Most of the faculties, those being business, engineering, law and science, have more than 60% of their teachers being man, with the highest scale being 85% in engineering. In contrast, arts and education show opposite behavior, as woman have the biggest proportions in them, with 58 and 72 percent, respectively.
The difference in gender distributions among different faculties is still mostly below 20%.Specifically, medicine subjects has nearly equal shares of male and female members, with 49 and 50 percent, respectively. Engineering, business and education figures, however, share the same trait of one of the indicators being dominant over another, as differences are from 27% in business to colossal 67% in engineering.
