Overall, It is clearly seen that men dominated science-related fiesds, particularly engineering, whereas woman were more prevalen in arts and education. The most significant gender gap is seen in engineering.
According to the chart, males accounted for about 80% of staff in engineering, while females dominated very least in engineering at 18%. Whereas, in science males staff at 62% and famales 38%, similarly in business males represented 62% and females at 32%.
In contrast, woman were more dominant in education, with 72% which the highest point of woman staff about 25% for male. A similar pattern appeared in arts, females accounted at 58% and 42% of males. In law and medicine the gap smaller, men slightly outnumbered women in law (60% vs 40%) and in medicine both were similar with mirror change.
