Overall, it is evident that the majority of male academic staff members was in engineering ,whereas the least in education faculty. While the highest proportion of female teachers was in education, the least was in engineering faculty.
The highest proportion of male academic staff was in engineering accounting for approximately 82 percent. In addition, both science and business faculty had 62 percent male teachers. The percentage of male staff in law accounted for 60 percent of the total staff. Moreover, arts and medicine faculty had around 42 percent and 48 percent male tutors, respectively.
The proportion of female academic staff in education faculty was around 82%, making it the most female-dominant category. In addition, business, law, and science had around 60% female academic staff. Additionally, in education faculty, there were 20% female teachers.
