The line graph illustrates the percentage of volume of power created from coal in four European countries in the period from 1995 to 2010.
In the overview, we can find that in the first time of the period, in all four countries, percentages of the power production decreased from coal. Among them, the Denmark and Germany percentages were the highest in the first of the period, and at the last time of the period, their percentages were dramatically decreased. On the other hand, Sweden and France were produced less from the coal, and at the end of the period, they slightly decreased the production of power from the coal.
60% and 55% were the power production from the coal of Denmark and Germany, respectively, which was the highest among the four countries, but at the end of the period, their production percentages went down to 10% and about 15%, respectively.
Although Germany’s power production had decreased from coal during the period, in 2007, the percentage of the power production was a little bit increased from 5% to near about 15% from coal.
On the other hand, Sweden and France were at about 35% and 30% in production in 1995, but during all over the period, their percentages of production were a little bit fluctuating but not decreasing so much. At the end of the period, their percentage was about 27 and 25 in 2010.
