The line displays the size of Ozone layer hole and productions of damaged gases in Antarctic between years 1998 to 2000.
Overall, it is noticable that the size of hole in Ozone layer has been expanding over decades. It has increased from approximately 25 millions square kilometers to around 250 millions square kilometers. Also we can see that from 1992 to 1996 size of Ozone layer fluctuated.
In the second chart the amount of H202 has been decreasing almost every 5 years, it started as a leader at the point of 1980 and finished in year 2000 at its lowest with 0 metric tonnes. At the other hand we have H2N3 and H2 which gained a lot relatively to H202 losses.
In contrast, H2 started and finished as the least spread gas. It has appeared firstly in year 1990, which is very late comparing to other two gasses that has been around since 1980. However, in comparision H2 gained the most. It started with 0 tonnes in 1990, gained a little bit more than 50 tonnes at the time of 1995 and rose slightly under 100 tonnes in 2000.
