Regarding the percentage of Comedy and Fantasy films, it was slightly less in 1996 than that in 2000, by 5 and almost 3 percent, respectively. With respect to the proportion of Romance films, it showed the same percentage in both 1996 and 2000.
The percentage of tickets sold in the Drama and Comedy genres in 2000 was higher than that in 1996, by 2 and almost 4 percent, respectively. Regarding the number of tickets sold in the Fantasy genre, it was significantly higher in 2000 with about 7 percent compared to almost 2 percent in 1996. The percentage of ticket sales in Romance in 1996 was higher than that in 2000, by about 3 percent.
