The graphs illustrate various music albums that people bought in Britain depending on their gender and age. Overall, men got more albums than female audiences in each category. Moreover, one of the leading age groups in almost every category was people from 25 to 34.
It is clear from the graphs that the male audiences in every type of music are bigger (around 30% and twice smaller in classical music) than female ones (between 13 to 18 percent and around 6% in classical music). People from 25 to 34 bought the biggest amount of albums in pop and rock music (35% and about 32%), while classical music is more popular among people 45+ years old (just above 20%). Ages from 16 to 24 are second in pop and rock, while 35-44 are third, with a slightly smaller percentage than 25-34. People 45+ have around 5 percent in pop and rock. Both 16 to 24 and 35 to 44 age groups have less than five percent in classical music.
In conclusion, it can be seen that the most popular type of music album is pop, followed by rock, while classical music is the last. Also, the leading sex is male, and the leading age group is 25 to 34, except for classical music where it is people above 45 who lead.
