Overall, it is clear that, in Australia, both the attendance of citizens and the expenditure of the cinema tickets increased throughout the whole period.
According to the first line graph, in 1980, about 34% of people attended the cinema, however, only 200 AUD were spent on tickets. Furthermore, until 1985, the attendance of individuals rose moderately to just over 40%. Meanwhile, until 1990, an amount money, which was spent on cinema tickets, fluctuated increasing to about 400 AUD. Between 1985 and 1990, the attendance of citizens experienced a fluctuation.
From 1990 to 2000, the percentage of people, who attended the cinema in Australia, experienced a dramatic growth to just over 50%, while, between 2000 and 2005, the percentage of attendants steeply decreased to under 50%. It should be noted that, from 1990 to 2010, the expenditure of the cinema tickets reached a plateau at about 400 AUD, while, until 2010, the percentage of cinema attendance fluctuated increasing to approximately 72%. Meanwhile, until the end of the period, an amount of money experienced a significant increase to over 1200 AUD.
