The given line graph illustrates the proportion of people using Internet in 3 different countries namely Canada, the USA and Mexico between 1999 and 2009.
Overall, it is clear that the figure for all countries witnessed the upward tendency. In addition, the percentage of Internet users in Canada reached the peak.
At the beginning of the period, the figure for people acessing the Internet in the USA was highest, at about 20%. By 2005, this rate increased gradually to nearly 75%, which is equal to the figure for Canadian Internet users. During the reamainder of the period, America saw a slight growth in the rate of people who use the Internet.
It can be seen that, in 1999, the figures for Canada and Mexico were lower than that of the USA, at about 10% and 5% respectively. in 2003, the percentage of Internet users in Canada rose sharply to aproximately 60%, which occured the first place, while the figure for Mexico remained under 50%. At the end of the period, the percentage of people browsing reched the highest point, at 100%, whereas there was only about 50% Mexican used the Internet
