The pie chart compares three types of diets which consists different proportions of carbohydrates, protein and fat.
Of course it is normal that sportspeople’s diet consists more carbohydrates, while for Average diet carbohydrates not much too important as well as for a healthy diet. Compared to three diets the result is that the smallest part of proportion is occupied by index Fat.
Carbohydrates made up 60% in healthy diet for sport, while in Average diet it amounts to 40%. This is 10% less than in Healthy diet. And people who do Average diet pay attention more to Protein which constitutes 40%, while in Healthy diet it composes 30% and this is 5% higher than in Healthy diet for sport.
The third factor that is paid attention to it is fat. As noted fat it is the smallest part of proportion. So in first diet it composes 20% which is equal to the proportion in the second diet. In Healthy diet for sport fat constitutes only 15%.
