It can be clearly seen on the diagram, the cacao trees cultivated in regions such as South Africa, America, Indonesia, where they produce rip red pods, in the primary stage of the production white cacao beans are fermented. Also, next step starts with beans spread in the sun to dry, after that they are put in large sacks and transported by train or lorry.
