Overall, it is apparent that coffee production is man-made linear process , which consists of twelve distinct stages, beginning with the manual sorting of raw beans and concluding with the packaging and sale of the final product.
The first step in the proces is to hand-sort the harvested beans to remove any defective ones. Subsequently, the beans are cleaned using a sieve to eliminate impurities. Following this, they are spread out and sun-dried for approximately four weeks. During the drying period, the beans are regularly raked and turned to ensure uniform drying. Once dried, the beans are collected and stored in silos before being transported to agricultural mills via trucks
Upon arrival at the mill, the beans undergo hulling to remove the outer husk. They are then graded using a special filter to remove any remaining dust. After grading, the beans are bagged and sold at local markets to individuals or café companies. If the beans are sold to these firms, they are roasted in a coffee machine to enhance their flavor. Finally, the roasted coffee is packaged into small pouches and made available for purchase by the public.
