The provided bar chart depicts data about total occupancy of three hotels during the tourist season, from June to August. Additionally, the list shows the various factors affecting hotel booking during the period.

Overall, Hotel Lux was the most occupied property amongst the three hotel. The arts festival dramatically incresed the hotel bookings, however, due the fire accident, Lakeside Hotel had the least occupancy.

In June, train strikes affected the total occupancy of all the hotels, with Park hotel being the most occupied, with approximately 70 percent occupancy. In comparison, Hotel Lux had the least bookings, nearly 30 percent of rooms were occupied. Meanwhile, in July, Hotel Lux was the most booked property with nearly 90 percent of rooms occupied, because of the arts festival scheduled from July 3rd to 12th, Lakeside Hotel and Hotel Lux were considerably booked. In Augest, Park Hotel and Hotel Lux were equally booked, with approximately 90 pecent occupancy, for the regional sports championships scheduled from August 15th to 19th. In contrast, occupancy at Lakeside Hotel dropped drastically because of the fire accident held on July 28th , dropping just above 20 pecent.
