The bar chart and table provide information about the percentage of rooms occupied in three different hotels and the list of factors which affect the occupancy respectively.

Overall, looking at the data for the three months, hotel occupancy is directly dependent on the events occurring in that area. If recreational activities are taking place, the occupancy percentage increases; however, if any destructive incidents occur, the percentage of vacant rooms in the hotel rises.

In June, the occupancy percentage of all three hotels is below 50%. Similarly, in July, there is a significant increase in hotel occupancy. During this month, Hotel Lux has around 90% of its rooms booked, which is the highest figure. In the same month, Lakeside Hotel and Park Hotel also record about 80% occupancy.In August, Park Hotel maintains almost the same booking percentage, while Hotel Lux experiences a slight decrease. However, the occupancy of Lakeside Hotel drops sharply to around 20%.

The booking percentage is directly dependent on various factors. In June, bookings are low due to a train strike. In July and August, recreational activities such as an arts festival and a regional sports championship take place, which leads to an increase in occupancy rates. However, in August, the occupancy percentage of Lakeside Hotel drops sharply because a fire breaks out there.
