The line diagram illustrates the number of monthly ice-cream sales in one year.
Overall, September seems the month that sales reach at its peak of the diagram whereas January and December are months with the least amount of sales. Addtionally, throughout the year, it seems to be that the sales’ general trend relatively remains the same.
At the beginning of the year, sales are 1000 units. It is the next 3-month period that the number dramatically rises by about 3100 sales. After that, a sharp drop to only roughly about 3000 in June.
Over the next 3 months, sales significantly increase again and have reached its peak by approximatly 5.5 thousand units sold in September. Then they witness a massive decline to only 2000 in October which plumments again the next month. At the end of the year, the sales returns to its trough with the same number as in January.
