Overall, the wholegrain showed a figured with relatively stable, despite some fluctuation, while other three types of breads experienced a upward trend throughout the period.
In terms of wholegrain bread, at the start, the price was around 0.8, and then it consistently increased to a peak of 1.8 in 2002. This figure then significantly declined to around 1 in 2003. By 2004, the price was slightly decreased to just under 0.8, before remaining stable at 0.8 in 2005.
By contrast, brown, white, and gray breads witnessed a rising trend, and brown bread became the highest price at the end, accounting with 1.6 of price. The 2 white bread showed at 0.6 of price, by starting price at 0.6 which was similar amount with other two breads except wholegrain.
