Overall, brown and wholegrain bread were more expensive than white and rye bread. Brown and white bread prices increased over time, while wholegrain bread showed some fluctuations. Rye bread remained the cheapest and changed only slightly.
In 2001, wholegrain bread had the highest price at 0.8. It reached a peak in 2002 at about 1.8, then fell to around 0.7 in 2004 and went up slightly to 0.8 in 2005. Brown bread followed almost the same figure with wholegrain until 2002 at around 1.6. From 2002 to 2005, brown showed some fluctuations.
In contrast, at the beginning of the period, white and rye bread had the same price at 0.6. In the meantime, white bread began to rise in 2002, then the price of white bread kept increasing until 2005, and reached at 1.6 at the end of the period. Rye bread remained the cheapest and changed very slightly.
