Overall, the British museum was the most popular during the period, while Science museum recorded the lowest number. All three museums decreased in August, before recovered in September.
Turning to the details, the British museum started with 600,000 visitors. Over the whole period the number of visitors fluctuated, reaching a peak of approximately 750,000 in July and finishing to around 650,000 guests in September.
With regard to Science museum and Natural History museum, the figure of former was considerably lower at the start, standing at just around 400,000 in June and slightly declined to 300,000 in August. The latter figure decreased from about 550,000 in June to around 370,000 in August. However, both museums showed a recovery in September and ended at the same number with about 450,000 visitors.
