The given line graph portrays the collected data between 1990 and 2010 on the percentage of people of different age groups in the United Kingdom who went to cinemas. As observed in the graph, the age group is primarily divided into four intervals.
Overall, all age groups had increased percentage of movie fans through these years despite a little fall-off from 1995 to 2005. Plus, of all times, older age groups are more into cinema attendance than the younger ones.
Taking a little more details, out of four age groups, the percentage people between the ages of 44 and 54 peaked in cinema attendance during the given years while they themselves had an overall increase of 13 percent from 38% in 1990 to 51 % in 2010. Standing second, those between 34 and 44 had originally about 36% of them gone to cinemas in 1990 to 43% in 2010, which is a 7% rise. After that, 24 in 100 of the 24-34 age group went to the movies in 1990, and in 2010, it became 33, after a single decline in the year 2000. Having the lowest percentage in all, those 14-24 people had only 6% increase, from 15% to 21% till 2010.
