To begin, the outgoings on cars in China constituted to 80 million in 1995, and this rose to 90 million in 1999.From then on it declined to 85 million in 2003 and reached his peak in 2005.As regards the expenditure on cars in Vietnam, it comprised just above the 50 million in 1995 and it increased slightly to nearly 60 million in 1997.From then on it witnessed modest increase to 70 million in 2001 and reached his peak to above 73 million in 2005
