Overall, the UK rates ranked the first from coming in second in terms of recycling household items, following a similar trend with Germany, while French household recycling rates downturned the third from significant dominance.
Regarding environmentalist countries, in 2005, the proportion of household recycling began the second position in the UK, representing at a third, and it rose dramatically from a third to about 62% between 2005 and 2015, with having fluctuated from around 41% to about 58% between 2007 and 2011. Notably, in 2005, the percentage of household recycling came in third in Germany, showed a fifth. There was a sharp increase in the proportion of Germanic household recycling from a fifth to under 60%.
As for downswing in French economics, in 2005, the proportion of French household recycling showed half, with significant dominance. In contrast, next eight years, it decreased considerably by fifth from approximately 50% to almost 30% between 2005 and 2013. Interestingly, the percentage of French household recycling experienced a slight rise by about 10% from approximately 30% to approximately 40% between 2013 and 2015.
