The line graph illustrates the main factors which influences the residents to leave the urban capital city and resettle to the countryside from 1990 to 2010. The three reasons presented showed a generally increasing tread during the 20 years between 1990 and 2010.

Obviously the rising cost of living was the major reason causing people to relocate. In 1990, about 65,000 people left the city due to this reason. The number of immigrants gradually rose up and eventually peaked at 85,000 in 2000, after which it descended to 80,000 in 2010.

As for traffic and lifestyle, they had a steadily increasing tendency during the 20 years, both of which had 20,000 leavers at the beginning of 1990.

Since 1990, the amount of the ones who left because of lifestyle had been gradually growing at a stable rate to 40,000 in 2010. Meanwhile the traffic leavers rose approximately to 35,000 in 2000, and then rapidly to 60,000 in 2010.
