The line graph displays the number of negative feedbacks received by airlines over a six months period. Overall, the highest number of complaints were delivered in person, while the lowest number were conveyed by email/fax. Nonetheless, both airline’s offline administration booth and telephone recieved an increasing intake of complaints, whereas feedbacks by email / fax were gradually decreased over the period.

In January, the number of complaints by person were relatively low, placed at roughly 400 number of comments . Subsequently, it increased for the next 5 months and reached over 1900 number of complaints in June, which was the highest record among the other media.

On the contrary, the figures of negative comments by phone started at roughly 900. It then dropped gradually to 800 and increased back to more than 1000 complaints in March. Moreover, the calls remained stable until it experienced dramatic increase to over 1400 and reached 1600 complaints by the end of June. Feedbacks by email, on the other hand, continue to decline over the period from below 800 in January until below 400 in May and remained stagnant throughout June.
