In January, number of people who choosed to complain in person stood at over 400 people. In next month, it increased gradually to 600 individuals and continued to go up to 800 persons in March. After that, the number of complaints in people climbed dramatically to over 1200 people in April, which was followed by under 1600 in May. In the last month, it reached the peak at over 1800 complaints in person, and it was the highest mark of the categories. Meanwhile, the figure of complaints sent by telephone started at over 800 calls in January and oscillated between 800 and 100 from February to March. But later, there was a plateau at over 1000 calls in April before a growth to roughly 1400 in May and reached to 1600 calls in June.
In contrast, the quantity of complaints sent by email/fax experienced a stability at around 800 emails/faxes from January to March before plummeting to 600 in April and touched the lowest point of the line chart at under 400 emails/faxes in May. After that, there was a period of stability at that point from May to June.
