Overall, in person complaints had the lowest among three at the starting and until end it was the highest. While, by telephone complaints was the highest at the start and until the end it showed a steady increament. By email/fax showed a downfall trend over the period of time.
In January, in person had the lowest number of report which was around 420 which showed a significant rise in number. Because of which, by the month of March it had doubled its initial number of January by around 400 and till the end of the period it had became the highest number of complaints which was around 1900.
However, by telephone and by email/fax followed the opposite trends from which by telephone was the highest in January standing with around 900 complaints and by email/fax with around 790 reports. Yet, telephone followed the upward trend but in February it had a slightly decrease in its complain but it rose constantly after that and until it reach June it was at 1600 complaints. Moreover, email/fax followed downward trend until May and reached around 390 complaints and stayed same till June.
