Overall, the rate grew steadilly throughout the years reaching its maximum at the end of that periode. At the end , internet services where provided to most european houses as years went by .

Back in the 2000s, only 10 percent of the housholds had internet. Five years later, it reached barely 35 percent. Starting from 2010 more than half of habitations had acces to where the proportion was around 60 percent and internet reached 80 percent of homes in europe by 2015. In 2020 , at least 95 percent of houses had internet sevices installed .
