Overall, from 1990 to 2010, the most popular attraction over the period given was the pavilion, while the least favorite in most years was the pier.
According to the chart, up until 1990, the art gallery, pavilion, and festival were visited by a similar number of visitors. However, there were big fluctuations in the number of visitors over the period given. There was a spike in the number of tourists going to the art gallery in 1985, from around 21% to 38%. Likewise, the pavilion was only visited by approximately 23% of tourists in the first year, after which it reached a high of nearly 50% in 1995. Similarly, in 1980, around 10% of tourists went to the pier. However, the proportion doubled to about 22% in the last year.
On the other hand, the number of tourists visiting festival remained quite steady over the period. In 1980, 30% of visitors came to the festival then the number decreased slightly after two decades to around 28% in 2010.
