Overall, the percentage of people who visited the castle and the zoo increased, while the opposed was true for the figure for individuals travelling to the aquarium and the festival. Additionally, visiting the festival was more popular among tourists at the beginning of the period. However, it was surpassed by the castle.
Starting with the most popular categories, although the percentage of tourists visiting the festival stood at 30% in 1980, it dropped slightly to just over a quarter over the span. The proportion of people going to the castle increased to about 45% from almost 25%, which reached of its peak in 1995, then it experienced a moderately fall to 30% in 2010.
Turning the other categories, the aqcuarium rose to roughly 35% , and there was a drop to 20% in the figure for people travelling the aqcuarium in 1990. Despite a slow growth, it decreased suddenly to approximately 9%. The zoo flactuated from 10% to 15% between 1980 and 2000. A significant increase to 20% was saw in the percentage of tourists visiting the zoo.
