Overall, the consumption of pizza decreased over the period, while the amount of hamburger and fish and chips increased. In 1970, pizza was the most popular fast food. Hamburger, fish and chips were the least used but fish and chips were the most popular in 1990.
The consumption of hamburger, fish and chips started at less than 100 grams in 1970. Then, to 1980, both fast foods rosed gradually but, the amount of fish and chips used hit a peak at 500 grams in the final year. Hamburger consumption continued to rise gradually until 1985 and increased dramatically from over one hundred grams to approximately 300 grams in 1990.
On the other hand, consumption of pizza began at 300 grams and then decreased gradually to 200 grams in 1985, before increasing steadily to just over 200 grams in the last year.
