The image includes a combined line and scatter plot with three datasets over time from 1700 to 2000; Population size (millions) on the primary vertical axis ranges from 0-60 with increments of 10, and Birth & Death rate (per 1,000 people) on the secondary vertical axis also ranges from 0-60 with the same increments; Population size shows a steady increase from below 10 million in 1700 to above 50 million in 2000; Birth rate starts at approximately 40 in 1700, oscillates, peaking above 50 around 1825, then declines to around 10 in 2000; Death rate begins just below 40 in 1700, fluctuates with a sharp drop around 1800, aligns closely with birth rate until breaking away sharply downwards around 1875 to level off below 15 in 2000; the X-axis represents years with increments of 50 years.
Given the complexity of the image, the above description may not be entirely accurate.

The line graph illustrates the amount of population, number of birth and death rates in England and wales over a 300 years period.
Overall, size of the population increased from o to 50 million between 1700 and 2000. On the other hand, death rate and birth continues to be parallel till mid nineteenth century and death rate started to fall from 1850’s and reached lowest record in the end.
Population size follows increasing trend and continues to be in rise except in the year 1800 it had a steep fall from 10million in the year 1750 to 2million in the beginning of 19th century. Whereas, death and birth rate had net difference of approximately 5million until 1800 and at one point birth rate started to grow and maintained its stability till the end between 30 to 35 million around except in the year 1950 where it dipped to 21 million.
Population size increased from the lowest to the highest. While death rate and birth rate had some fluctuations and death rate remained to be the least at the end.
