The line graph shows the data about monthly Internet consumption in gigabytes by four various age groups in 2020. In general, data consumption was lower in people older than 36 in comparison to those who were younger than that, and each line experienced a noticeable increase by the end of the year.
Considering people between 18 and 25, in January, their internet usage indicated just above 110 gigabytes. In the next month, this value fell to its lowest point of below 110 gigabytes, but afterwards, it started to rise significantly with notable fluctuations. Eventually, before declining sharply to nearly 130 gigabytes in November, the final value peaked at approximately 180 in December.
Individuals between 26 and 35 scored just below 165 in January, and despite fluctuating heavily, the value of internet usage remained almost the same until the end of the year. However, the minimum result was registered in April at just above 110 gigabytes and the highest indication was documented in November at a little less than 220 gigabytes.
Lastly, people who were older than 36 experienced a comparatively gradual growth. Respondents between 36-50 and those who were older used nearly 100 and 70 gigabytes in the beginning of the year, respectively. In May, their results became close to each other at roughly 110 gigabytes. However, the final values ended up at around 165 and 130 gigabytes, in respective order.
