Overall, people older than 35 years were the least consumers of internet, while the younger generation dominated throughout the entire period. Figures for all category of people oscillated across the year.
The initial value for people aged 26 to 35 ranked first with just below of 165 gigabytes, while the younger category started with around 110 gigabytes. Figure for 26-35 year old consumers slightly rised, before decreasing gradually to its lowest point, matching middle aged people. Meanwhile, the youngest internet users witnessed a slight decline to its lowest point followed by significant rise and converged with older category at around 150 gigabytes in the mid March. Then, until the end of the period, the figures for both category plummeted, and the youngest category lead the diagram with roughly 170 gigabytes, surpassing the senior category.
According to elder people, the figures for the both category experienced a marginal increase over the whole year. 36- to 50-year-old people consumed approximately 100 gigabytes in January, and this figure plummeted until July, before gradually increasing to almost 165 gigabytes in December. The figure for the oldest internet users was at around 70 gigabytes in the beginning, and it followed the same trend as the others plummeting until October. Eventually, they ended the period with around 120 gigabytes.
