In terms of social media, it exhibit the most significant growth, rising from around 1 hour per week in 2000 to a peak of approximately 11 hours per week by 2020: a growth from the least to the most popular option. By contrast, TV and sports activities in 2000 were at 8 hours per week and 6 hours per week respectively. TV hours from 2000 to 2015 decreased rapidly, reaching roughly 1 hour and then remaining relatively the same by the end of the period.
Meanwhile, sports numbers showed a steady rise from 2000 to 2010. However, the figure experienced a downward trend, setting at approximately 4 hours by 2020. Reading was the most stable option, and remained the same throughout the whole period.
