In general, what stands out from the chart is that the proportion of four reasons such as crime rate, shopping facilities, parks, and public transport increase when people buying a new house are older. The crime rate is the highest factor, but the opposite is true for the school, the percentage of this reason goes down.
Regarding crime rate, parks and public transport, in the ages 25 to 34 the percentage of crime rate is the highest at 80%, and the others at above 10%. There is a growth in the figure of crime rate from people aged 35 to 64. And the same as parks and public transport, they experience a moderate increase from above 13% to 20% when people buying new home are older.
In an age group 25 to 34 and 35 to 44, the percentage of two factors, name school and shopping facilities, deal with a decrease from 55% to 50% and from 20% to 15%, respectively. Then, the rate of school witness a significant fall and hit the lowest point at 20% by the 55 to 64-year-olds. Despite the declining percentage of school, the shopping facilities undergo a dramatic rise and surpass the other at the 55 to 64-year-olds.
