The line graph compares the amounts of travellings, in persentages, made by 4 various types of transport-namely car, bus, rail, and others in a certain country from 1985 to 2015.
Overall, the figure for bus travel decreased dramatically, whereas that for car experienced an upward tend. Notably, neither rail nor other means of travel saw noticeable changes in persentages during the period.
To begin with, the figure for car stood at 22% in 1985, and this climbed gradually to roughly 75% in 2015. In contrast, initially, bus’s percentage of journeys was just below 60% but this was followed by a consistent decline ,falling to 10% by the last given year.
Moving to the remainder, rail and others, their percentages in the year 1985 made up 20% and 10% of the total, respectively. Within the following thirty years, there were relatively no changes in their shares.
